How much cargo fee will I pay when I receive the order?
If you order more than 100 TL from FashionFriends.com, your cargo is free of charge. In the case of some or all of the products’ that purchased return, customer can send the products that he/she will return to us free of charge. As a result of this return if the sale price is below 100 TL, 8,90 TL cargo fee will be deducted from the refund money and send to the customer.
What should I be careful about when I am taking my delivered product?
Please check your package before taking the delivery which is delivered to you by Representative of FashionFriends.com or related cargo firm employee. When you take the Product Package the cargo firm’s responsibility disappears. For this reason, before you take a package that you think you might be getting damaged during transport, ask the FashionFriends.com Representative or cargo firm employee to minute.
If the employee of the delivering firm thinks the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package to check that the products have been delivered undamaged and to determine the status again with a minute. If the package is not accepted and the minutes are kept, you should contact with FashionFriends.com with the remaining copy of the minute as soon as possible. FashionFriends.com will ensure a new and correct delivery as soon as possible.
